- Recovered from 4 days of cold/flu pain
- Re-evaluated my future
- Followed through with my decision
Today, I finally got the nerve to do something I’ve wanted to do for quite a while: TAKE MY LIFE INTO MY OWN HANDS! I never thought this day would come so soon, and yet, here I am, sitting in my apartment, updating my blog in the middle of the afternoon. I feel both exhilarated and scared…
I am no longer on the track that my peers have followed since day one of banking. I am no longer pursuing opportunities in hedge funds and private equities. Nor am I clamoring to get into corporate strategy or management consulting. Instead of following the tunnel to become CFO or CEO, I’m finally crawling out of the hole and looking around to see what’s out there for me. To be completely honest, I’m not sure what will happen nor where my passions will lead me, but at least, now, I can finally start to consider what I want to do with my life.
E-five (to all my suppporters)!
