Last Friday, the Wallstreet Journal posted an article indicating the top 5 places to settle for today’s post-recession youth: (1) Washington, D.C. and Seattle; (3) NYC; (4) Portland, OR; and (5) Austin, TX.  They attributed culture and job opportunities as major factors in young peoples’ decisions to move there.
